Ge-CAL Calibrated Germanium Reference Standard

Ge-CAL in PVE systemThe Ge-CAL is a general purpose germanium photodiode offering excellent linearity and low noise, calibrated in spectral response (A.W-1) over the wavelength range of 800-1800nm. Calibration is performed with respect to a detector of the same type calibrated by Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).

Its' mount is compatible with the entire range of Bentham monochromators and accessories.

This detector is recommended for use with the 400 Series of detection electronics.
