||
The 215 is a high voltage power supply designed for use with photomultiplier, lead sulphide and lead selenide detectors. The output is continuously variable between -300V and -1500V at up to 2mA and is fully short-circuit protected.
The output voltage can be monitored on the 217 display and set using a front panel operated adjustment, or can be controlled externally by application of a dc level. This can be programmable when used in conjunction with the 262 unit.
The unit can be switched off independently from the 217 bin by a front panel toggle switch or remotely which provides a shut down facility that can be used with a microswitch in safety interlock systems.
