Detector Evaluation
Systems for the opto-electronic testing of photodetectors and image sensors, including characterisation of internal and external spectral quantum efficiency and spectral response. The PVE300 system presents a complete IQE measurement solution capable of measuring even diffuse components of reflectance and transmittance.
Material Optical Properties
Systems for measuring optical material properties such as transmittance, absorbance, and reflectance. Both direct and diffuse parameters can be measured in the UMS300 Universal Measurement Spectrophotometer.
Source Characterisation
Systems for measuring light-source quantities such as spectral radiance, irradiance, or luminous flux. These can be used to evaluate light hazards, for example using the IDR300-PSL Photobiological Safety Spectroradiometer.
