Black silicon is the standard surface treatments to reduce the reflectance and shows the improved result because increasing surface area and suppression of reflectivity in a broad spectral range, but pores created due to chemical treatment at the surface of solar cell increases the surface recombination as a result decrease in efficiency.
The main problem is the contact problem at the black silicon surface. At industry screen printing technique is used for making contact. But at the time of firing process several factor arises which caused to reduce the efficiency of solar cell. But main problem is the contact problem because it is known that glass frit which present in the silver paste make contact with solar cell and front side contact.
As the pores created is different shape and sizes the silver paste is not cover the front surface completely as a result there creates gap between front contact and the front side of solar cell. In this paper it is tried to reduce the size of micro textured surface to increasing the surface area but to reduce the reflectance where the contact problem is minimized.
