In line with Government guidelines we have completed a rigorous covid-19 risk assessment for our facility and implemented the actions. We confirm that Bentham is “Covid-Secure”.
The following provides a summary of the current service levels across our departments:
Following a period of reduced capacity, all staff have now returned to our facility. With additional space made available by home working for office staff, the production team have been able to achieve the required social distancing. New hygiene protocols are in place and clear instructions regarding use of welfare facilities and corridors.
The sales team is now back to its full compliment but continue to work remotely. Contact the team using the general Sales email address, email@example.com.
Office team: Engineering, Finance, R&D, Service, Technical
Operating as normal – mostly home, occasional office working.
Service (Repair, Calibration, Installation)
Installations are being supported remotely as the Government is advising against international travel and while quarantining is a requirement, it is impractical for our staff to attend international customer sites. UK customers will be able to arrange installation subject to assurances regarding actions they have taken to make their workplace “Covid-secure”. Our Service personnel will meet ours or the customer’s health and safety guidelines whichever is the more stringent.
