The FSM150Xe fast-switching monochromator (100nm in <1-6ms) was purposely designed for use in fluorescence and spectroscopic imaging.
The design of the continuously tunable (280-700nm) light source maximises the optical power available from a75W xenon lamp producing up to 5mW in 12nm bandwidth.
